We will spend 6 months together really getting to the root cause of any issues, and we start at the beginning with getting our digestion in order. During this time, we will also form new positive, growth and life changing habits that will help you along your journey for total life wellness.

Quick Start Coaching Program

This is a quick start, 3 month program to begin to challenge yourself and learn some tips and tricks to help with any issues, but we focus on digestion first. We will also start to incorporate some healthy new habits and aide you as you begin your journey to life wellness.

VIP Coaching Day

We will spend a whole day together either in person or virtually and implement some great strategies to help you achieve your wellness goals. Because we spend the day together, we truly get that behind the scenes look and insight, enabling us to clearly see the areas of our routine that need to be tightened up. We will "Ayurvedically" cook 2 meals together (we can discuss the menu :)). This is great if you really want to turn over a new leaf and have an instant change in your relationship with food and lifestyle.
